Established in 1957 by St. Michael's Episcopal Church, St. Michael's is a Kindergarten through eighth grade co-educational school serving approximately 380 students on a scenic 70-acre campus in Richmond, Virginia. It is accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS) and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). The School seeks a new Head who will understand and value the distinct culture of St. Michael's which combines high personal and academic expectations in a loving and inclusive Christian environment.
