Annie Wright is seeking a Middle School Office Coordinator to begin immediately. This is a part-time, hourly position.

Position Overview: duties & responsibilities
The MS Office Coordinator provides support for the smooth running of the Middle School. To do this, the Coordinator:
provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Middle School, including managing the Director's calendar, coordinating communications with families, faculty, staff, and other schools, and completing short- and long-term projects;
coordinates logistics for special events, orders and distributes supplies for the Division, and coordinates with the Admissions team to welcome visitors and applicants;
and works from 7:45am-1:00pm on school days.
The MS Office Coordinator:
has experience as an administrative assistant or managing an office;
possesses excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail;
demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and related applications;
is ready to take initiative, will collaborate with colleagues, and has a good sense of humor.
