Lycée Français de New York is currently seeking a Business Office Associate. The role of this position is primarily to provide essential analysis, reporting and customer service support for the Business Office. This department covers six major areas: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Collections, General Accounting, Financial Aid, Payroll and Purchasing.
The Business Office Associate will be involved in the Student Billing, Financial Aid, Payment, Reconciliation and Reporting. The Business Office Associate is required to maintain an appropriate standard of confidentiality. Fluency in French and English are preferred.
Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
? Three years of responsible experience in accounting and/or student services
? Excellent organizational and communication skills
? Ability to communicate and work effectively in a multicultural community

? Ability to manipulate sets of data in spreadsheets and knowledge of database-related functions
