Developing a comprehensive and mission-consistent enrollment strategy—one that includes outreach, admission, financial aid, and retention.
Working with colleagues in Advancement, Communications, and the Board to develop a school wide strategy for coherent branding and marketing.
Evaluating admission office processes and programs and ensuring they are efficient and sustainable, as well as warm and supportive of prospective students and their families.
Serving as a clear, warm, and mission-centered ambassador who can clearly articulate Park Tudor’s mission and distinctions in a competitive market.
Continuing to grow the enrollment of the school and to retain a diverse and dynamic student population in order to reach enrollment targets.
