Saint Paul’s Doyle Towne is a well-respected early learning center located in beautiful Clearwater, Florida. Dedicated to providing quality child care, joyous, child-centered learning experiences, we are looking for a highly motivated teacher to inspire and be part of a collaborative team, looking after the Waddler room (18 months to two years old).

Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the school’s philosophies whilst following childcare regulations
Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning, Reggio Emilia approach and emergent curriculum
Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior
Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
Help develop teaching goals for the school and its teachers
Good classroom management skills
Preferred: Bachelor Degree
Required: Associate Degree
An approved early childhood teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
Experience working in a childcare setting
Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
A good level of computer literacy
Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
Ability to pass a Level 2 FBI Background Check
A good understanding of the early childhood learning
US work authorization
