Tilton School, an independent boarding school in Tilton, NH, seeks a qualified and experienced International Manager to drive the execution of a major international educational program. This program brings Tilton’s educational expertise to partnered schools abroad. We will provide guidance in all aspects of our program, including but not limited to: academics, residential life, athletics, arts, college counseling, faculty professional development, hiring and marketing/communications. The International Manager will guide Tilton’s relationship with our partners, and deliver our expertise with the assistance of Tilton faculty and staff.
To qualify for this position, you will need to demonstrate prior accomplishments in the following areas:
Coordination between internal and external parties/vendors for execution of international programs;
Driving all parties to stay on-time and within budget;
Resource availability and allocation;
Development of a detailed project plan to track progress using current project management software, such as Microsoft Project;
Measurement of project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
Ability to identify, report and solve challenges, escalating to management as needed;
Management of relationship with all stakeholders;
Project risk mitigation; and
Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
A minimum of five years of experience as a teacher;
International travel experience, appreciation of different cultures;
Demonstrated record of executing complex projects and experience managing teams of educators;
Superior technology abilities including MS Office, Google Docs, and databases; and the
Ability to be an exceptional colleague in an environment where feedback and self-improvement are highly valued.
