Business Management, Consulting, Director of Studies/Curriculum
4 Year Degree
As the Associate Executive Director, you would be a thought-partner with the Executive Director, helping to lead FolioCollaborative as it develops into a mature organization. You would help us to make sure things are running smoothly across the organization while supporting the work of a remote team of connected, committed individuals. You would spend some of your time recruiting and hiring the people Folio needs to support the work of the Collaborative, and helping them to learn about our team, community, and technology. You would create and refine processes for managing and supporting members of the team as well as overseeing our quarterly retreats and regular team meetings. You would bring your passion for organizational behavior and change to your work with the Executive Director, the team, and our member schools. In addition to your work with the Folio employees, you would also serve as a support to some of our school leaders. You will find yourself traveling to visit our members in order to support and learn from them. We tend to wear a lot of different hats at Folio, so you would be the right fit if you are growth-oriented, flexible, and interested in taking on projects that might not completely fit in your job description. You should also be excited about traveling to visit member and potential member schools for trainings and sales visits. This is a role that you can continue to shape and refine in partnership with the Executive Director as you better understand the strategic direction of FolioCollaborative.
