The Director of Admissions responsible for ensuring that the school is fully enrolled each year with students and families who are a good match with the mission of the school. This includes admitting and enrolling approximately 85 plus new students annually as well as monitoring re-enrollment for all current families. This position reports directly to the Head of School and works closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team and school administrators. The Director of Admissions manages a team of three to five Admissions Associates and is responsible for oversight of the entire admissions and enrollment process. In addition, the Director of Admissions oversees and manages the financial aid process for all new and returning families and, in consult with the Head of School and Director of Finance, determines financial aid awards annually for all Field School families. The Director of Admissions, in line with financial aid, also oversees administration of the Student Fund, fully collaborating with the Head of School, Director of Finance, and other school administrators and leaders as needed.
