Kent Place School seeks a Director of Alumnae Engagement and Special Gifts to serve as a dynamic, highly organized and forward thinking leader. The Director is responsible for designing and executing a strategic vision of meaningful engagement with a broad multi-generational alumnae community, as well as manage a portfolio of special gift prospects for which the Director will create strategy, cultivate, solicit and provide stewardship. This position also works with and manages high level volunteers. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of principles and practices of development, have excellent communication skills, familiarity with Google suite and Raiser's Edge, and experience managing volunteers.
