Bancroft School seeks an Executive Assistant to the Head of School to provide confidential, consistent, and professional support to the Head of School and Board of Trustees. This position supports the Head of School’s leadership role by maintaining an effective and well-organized office and by helping ensure efficient school operations.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for helping coordinate meetings, all-school events, and special projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to this high-profile position. The ideal candidate will possess the independent judgment and initiative required to plan, prioritize, and organize a varied and challenging workload.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of administrative support with increasing responsibility.
Familiarity with educational institutions.
Experience working with a Board of Trustees.
Good understanding of database management.
