7 to 10 years of non-profit experience in fundraising/marketing/sales preferred.
Demonstrated successful experience designing and managing a capital campaign
Excels in the leadership, relationship, and data analytic elements that are required in a robust and successful development program.
Will understand and demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision of San Diego French-American School.
Be a collaborative leader who is skilled in building the structures, and attracting the volunteers, to accomplish the complex tasks associated with fundraising in a non-profit environment; demonstrate the ability to actively solicit and secure donations.
Possess outstanding communication skills (written and oral), demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, and must be a self-starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.
Be experienced with fundraising software
Additional Salary Information: Same benefits as other employees: full medical and dental coverage; 403B matching after two years of employment; 5 weeks vacation; $4,000 installation package (upon provision of moving related receipts) if out of state; $2,000 if in state.
