We are seeking a Dean of Students. Responsibilities include supporting the various aspects of the student body's social well being and enrichment: social events, student government, conflict resolution, student organizations, health & wellness curricula and classes, and the occasional case of student discipline. Empathy, organization, and compassion are crucial qualities for this position in our community, as is a great sense of humor, enthusiasm and energy, and calm when needed. The position may include teaching one or two classes in one of the core disciplines.

An undergraduate degree and between 3-5 years of teaching and/or administrative work in, preferably, an independent school is required. A Masters is preferred but not required.
