Position Overview: duties & responsibilities
Extended Day at Annie Wright offers programming for students in Preschool through Grade 8 before and after the regular school day and during school vacations. Extended Day includes a variety of opportunities for students in a safe and nurturing environment. On school days, Extended Day runs from 2:45-6:00 pm, and on non-school days including school breaks and summer, Extended Day runs from 7:00 am-6:00 pm. Extended Day Staff responsibilities include:
supervising students, tracking students’ attendance, and providing support to ED leadership and Annie Wright faculty;
organizing and leading activities for students, including arts & crafts and games;
and supporting for Extended Day leadership and other Faculty and fulfill other duties as assigned, such as supervising a study hall.
Extended Day Staff:
have experience working with and managing groups of students;
demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently;
are consistently available during ED times, listed above (limited hours are available);
are eligible to work in the United States.
Compensation includes an hourly wage of $12.35/hour.
