McDonogh School is looking to hire an intern for a two-year position teaching two sections of sixth-grade language arts, coaching three sports, and participating in the residential life program as a dorm parent.

Becoming an active member of the McDonogh community by participating in a wide range of school activities
Responding to the needs of the School, including but not limited to, service learning, advisory programs, coaching, assigned supervision, and other areas as determined by the Middle School Head

Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, or Humanities, or a teaching degree with an emphasis in Language Arts, Reading, or English.
Must have played multiple sports in high school and played a varsity sport in college
Service in leadership roles, a commitment to serving others, and a history of extracurricular involvement are all preferred.
