Athens Academy seeks a versatile, collaborative problem solver, beginning in the 2019-20 school year to support the areas of scheduling, student record management, and standardized testing in the Upper School. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, be a self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, maintaining grades, transcripts, and student schedules. This person will be responsible for monitoring and updating the master course schedule and tracking graduation and HOPE/Zell Miller requirements. Moreover, this position will support the college guidance department by facilitating annual standardized testing routines (PSAT, SAT, ACT, AP, etc.), tracking college scholarship opportunities, and coordinating Honors Day and graduation.
