St. Paul’s School seeks an Associate Dean of Students to begin duties in mid August of 2019. The Dean of Students office is staffed with a Dean of Students, four Associate Deans, the Director of Off Campus Programs, and the Director of Community Outreach. This position requires someone with energy and enthusiasm, outstanding people skills, a sense of humor, meaningful experience working with adolescents, and demonstrated leadership in a school or community-based organization. A successful candidate will embrace the fully residential living experience and have a demonstrated gift for engaging a diverse student body. The mission of the St. Paul’s School Dean of Students Office is to ensure that St. Paul’s is a community where students are respectful, responsible and safe by delineating clear expectations, promoting positive behaviors and holding students accountable. The specific workload of the Associate Dean will be tailored to best match the needs of the school and the skill set and capacities of the candidate in combination with those of the other members of the Dean of Students team. About St. Paul's School
Founded in 1856 and affiliated with the Episcopal Church, St. Paul’s School is a co-educational college preparatory high school located in Concord, N.H. The 2,000-acre grounds are home to approximately 535 young men and women from 37 states and 18 countries. All students and the nearly 100 full-time faculty members live on the grounds.
