BB&N is seeking a girls JV lacrosse assistant coach for instruction at the high school level. Coach will report to the head coach and the Director of Athletics. The coach is expected to collaborate with all team stakeholders (Director of Athletics, varsity lacrosse coach, other coaches and parents). Duties include practice planning and organization; coaching and administrative tasks. A demonstration of commitment to the academic success of the student; teaching correct skill techniques as well as the development and support of those student athletes with the ability and desire to play at the varsity level. Attendance of all practices, home games and travel on the bus to away games is a must. Additional coaching expectations are to operate within the athletic philosophy of BB&N and within the rules and guidelines of the Independent School League (ISL) and the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC). A current CPR certification is required.
