Ensworth is seeking a dynamic and intellectually engaging teacher to join the faculty of the Math Department. The ideal candidate will value relationships, collaboration, a love for teaching high school students, and joy in learning. Essential to this position is the ability to align teaching and learning to Ensworth’s Core Skills Framework, flexibility in teaching most of the courses within the department, and the capacity to adapt to new technology.
The ideal candidate will have earned a B.A. in Mathematics or a related field. A master’s degree and three years or more of teaching experience at either the high school or college level is preferred, but not required. The primary professional responsibility of a faculty member is to conduct the school’s curricular program; however, this instructor will also have extracurricular, complementary, and professional responsibilities as articulated in the Ensworth Employee Handbook.
