As The Director of Enrollment Management, you will juggle many management and leadership responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, contributing to the school’s financial and marketing strategies and describing the school’s programs and values to a variety of constituents. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will set concrete goals and deliver key results to enhance and stabilize the school’s enrollment and increase tuition revenue.
Plan, build, execute, and measure a strategic and tactical, comprehensive recruitment process that meets or exceeds enrollment targets
Manage recruitment efforts from nurturing leads to completing applications and securing enrollment while providing exceptional customer service at all key stages of the process
Plan, implement, and lead engaging informational events and meetings, school tours, faculty meet-and-greets, open houses, and other admission events
Recruit, build, and maintain close and productive relationships with prospective students' families, feeder school leaders, educational consultants, and other referral sources in target markets
Identify strategies to recruit from existing markets and identify new markets in an effort to support and increase Bosque School’s inclusive and diverse population
Design, direct, and implement effective retention strategies to encourage re-enrollment
Manage and effectively communicate the financial aid process, philosophy and procedures
Prepare, maintain, and analyze data related to recruitment and enrollment, providing summaries and interpretation to facilitate collaboration with other senior managers at Bosque School
Keep informed regarding recent trends in Enrollment Management and be able to utilize the knowledge gained
Manage, mentor and lead the admission team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and experience in admission enrollment management in an independent school preferred
The ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of people, including prospective families, School, faculty, staff and various other constituencies
Excellent communication writing, editing, and presentation skills
Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
Must possess excellent computer skills
Understanding independent school finances essential; must be analytical, and be able to exercise comprehensive problem solving and decision making skills

Founded in 1994 and located on a 45-acre site in the bosque along the Rio Grande in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Bosque School’s mission is to prepare young men and women to become lifelong learners with the highest character values and academic goals in a natural New Mexico setting with strong family and community involvement. The school embodies the best of traditional independent education while embracing a progressive and inventive approach to learning. Currently, there are 500 students in grades 6 -12. There are over 60 faculty members with over 70% holding advanced degrees. The average class size is 18.

About Bosque School
Founded in 1994 and located on a 45-acre site in the bosque in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Bosque School values integrity, community and scholarship. Our progressive curriculum is designed to support a lifelong learning mindset through challenge and inquiry. Through the Bosque Environmental Monitoring Program, our students host thousands of peers from around the state as they are trained on-site to collect scientific data for use by researchers at the University of New Mexico. A dynamic Service Learning program develops student leadership skills. Ongoing teacher growth is facilitated by the Sofia Center for Professional Development, like BEMP and our student service program, an expression of the school's commitment to public-private partnership in our community.
