Seeking a part-time (one day a week) math coach, specialist, and/or consultant with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a K-4 setting. This position is the equivalent of one school day per week, but can be divided over multiple days. The ideal candidate must have a degree in math education and a familiarity with the Everyday Math program. The Math Specialist must be able to support students who struggle with mathematical thinking, extend the learning of those who excel, and guide teachers with their classroom instruction. The specialist will also be responsible for overseeing the scope and sequence of our Lower School math program.
