Annie Wright is seeking a Music Teacher to begin on August 19, 2019. This is a part time position.

Position Overview: duties & responsibilities
The Middle School Music Teacher:
teaches courses in alignment with the mission and philosophy of Annie Wright Schools and with the International Baccalaureate framework;
designs and teaches Music courses in Grades 6, 7 & 8 and directs music ensembles;
participates in collaborative planning and faculty meetings, serves as a Middle School Advisor, and fulfills other duties as assigned.
The Music Teacher:
holds a BA in Music, Education, or a related field and has experience teaching at the K-8 level;
is eligible to work in the United States;
demonstrates enthusiasm for working with students and for the subjects, familiarity with trends in education and learning, flexibility, and a excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary & benefits
Compensation includes salary commensurate with experience. This is a .4 FTE position.
