The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management is responsible for admissions and enrollment management for approximately 600 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade.
The International School of Boston is a dual language French-American school through 8th grade. In the Upper School, students choose between one track leading to the French Baccalaureate and another, taught primarily in English, leading to the International Baccalaureate. More than 40 different nationalities are represented in the school community.
The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management manages a two-member department that also handles financial aid and student visas. The Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works closely with the division heads on all admissions decisions and with the Chief Advancement Director and the Director of Communications on website, social media and publications. In line with the recent Strategic Plan, the Director will be responsible for implementing a robust marketing strategy to support growth of enrollment by approximately 10 percent from current numbers.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of five years of experience in Admissions management, preferably in a US independent school or international school in the US.
Proven success in growing school enrollment
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, and networking skills to work with all constituents of the ISB community.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational and time management skills.
