Provide assistance to the Director of Finance in the day-to-day operations of the school’s Business Office, and manage specific elements of that office such as transportation, benefits and student billing.
Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year, with the admissions office.
Prepare monthly student billing statements.
Process accounts payable on a weekly basis.
Manage accounts receivables & deposits.
File sales and use tax monthly and semi-annually.
Manage revenue/expenses for the parent organizations.
Responsible for reporting revenue/expenses to appropriate parent organization representatives.
Facilitate the registration and payments for the Fine Arts and After School programs.
Co-manage the HR function including the school’s health, dental, life and retirement benefits, payroll and new hire onboarding.
Create and manage bus routes.
Oversee all maintenance of bus fleet.
Schedule transportation for all field trips.
