Responsible for the overall maintenance and integrity of Asheville School’s donor database, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. Reports to the Assistant Head of School for Advancement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Process all gifts and acknowledgements.
Collaborate with the Business Office for the recording and reconciliation of gifts.
Maintain and update donor records.
Provides comprehensive donor reports to Assistant Head of School for Advancement.
Develop and analyze metrics to improve utilization of database.
Manage online giving and event registration.
Provide training and support to users of Raiser’s Edge NXT.
Update Policy manual and ensure compliance with all procedures.
Commit to professional development in database administration and analysis.

Minimum Job Requirements- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
3 years of previous experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work effectively with teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Commitment to donor confidentiality.
