High School Computer Science Teacher
CGPS seeks an outstanding, student-focused Computer Science Teacher who will help develop an expanding technology curriculum. This person will be responsible for teaching Computer Science and Robotics at the high school level as well as advanced electives in areas such as Mobile Programming, Game Design, and AP Computer Science.
This role is open to experienced teachers as well as those who have no previous teaching experience but have the desire to transition into a career in education and have the mindset to develop on the job.
Develop and teach Computer Science, Robotics and other technology courses at the high school level.
Provide faculty, students, and staff with guidance on using educational technology.
Collaborate with faculty in other departments to explore opportunities for interdisciplinary projects.

Desired Skills and Interests
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience teaching in a classroom setting.

A demonstrated ability to innovate, problem solve and create original curriculum.
