• Oversee the management and implementation of the student handbook • Assist the Upper School Head in all hiring and terminations • Assist the Upper School Head in the evaluation of faculty as well as the implementation of curriculum • Assist with discipline as needed • Oversee the random drug testing program • Assist with oversight and envisioning extra-curricular programs • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Upper School Head
• Works in conjunction with the Division Heads and Department Chairs to develop faculty members and meet school-wide Academic goals • Supports the value of an education founded in Christian values • Supports the philosophy and mission of Mount Pisgah Christian School

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Master’s Degree or other advanced degree preferable. • A minimum of three or more years of experience in Teaching/Instructional Coaching • Proven history of commitment to professional development and lifelong learning • Excellent written/oral communication skills • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Ability to multi-task • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to use sound judgement • A genuine ability to connect with and serve young people in a Christian community • An eagerness to serve in a faith-based academic environment
