All Saints Episcopal School seeks a head varsity volleyball coach to positively impact the lives of our student-athletes while continuing a successful and respected program. The head coach will lead, guide, and supervise our sixth grade through varsity volleyball program, with other coaching duties to be determined. The coach will lead the strength and conditioning program, the spring and summer leagues, and summer camps for the volleyball program. Teaching responsibilities could be paired with English, History, IS/MS Science or Physical Education. This person could also be the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Athletics.
Compensation and benefits are consistent with other area independent schools and adjusted based on the candidate’s qualifications. The ideal candidate should have:
A bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred
Preferred three years of varsity or club volleyball and three years of teaching experience, ideally in an independent school environment
A dynamic, innovative, and inspirational leader with a demonstrated commitment and passion for working with young people and collaborating with colleagues
Emphasize the positives, demonstrate a winning attitude, model exceptional sportsmanship, and be a skilled teacher
Support of the All Saints mission in providing opportunities for each student to reach his/her maximum potential spiritually, academically, socially, and athletically is a requirement for the person who earns this position
