Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School seeks a 10-month Director of College Counseling to begin August 12, 2019. The individual is responsible for all aspects of the college search and admissions process, including educating students and parents about colleges, trends, procedures, and standardized testing; advising and supporting classes and families as they go through the college search and application process; and helping students and families aspire realistically and choose wisely. This position also oversees two part-time college counselors and an administrative assistant.
The Director of College Counseling will participate in professional development opportunities including national conferences, college campus visits, and other college-sponsored programs. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree, has at least five years of experience in college admissions or high school college counseling, and has worked with Naviance.
The school's graduating classes average 70 young women with 100 percent attending 4-year colleges or universities. At least five years of experience in college admissions or high school college counseling
