The Admissions office at Emma Willard School is seeking an Admissions and GirlSummer Program manager to join their team. This position is responsible for the overall scope of Emma Willard School’s application submission process and plans, organizes, and manages GirlSummer, Emma Willard School’s signature summer program. This position maintains all domestic and International applicant records, issues enrollment contracts, and completes all enrollment processes. The Admissions and GirlSummer Program Manager works closely with all admissions officers to drive application productivity and application tracking along with other critical applicant and program operations in support of enrollment goals. This position serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for SEVIS and manages all incoming student SEVIS activity.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ prior relevant experience. S/he must have outstanding interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. The candidate should also have strong organizational skills, the ability to think strategically, and ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies, including parents, students of varying age ranges, faculty, and staff. S/he must have the ability to manage a large summer camp staff and be available for weekend and evening events for one month in the summer.
