The Manager of Enrollment Operations is responsible for the management of data and reporting for the department of Enrollment Management at The Baldwin School, while also serving student financial aid. This position is responsible for collecting data from numerous sources, developing reports, enrollment forecasts, and providing recommendations based on relevant data and enrollment/market trends. The Manager is the primary administrator for the admissions student information system; Blackbaud Enrollment Management System and School and Student Services (financial aid software), and will provide support to recruitment staff, maintaining various application/prospect information and curating enrollment data from numerous sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. The Manager will be responsible for generating daily and weekly recruitment, enrollment, and financial aid reports, and for making recommendations to improve student and parent engagement throughout the prospective and current student enrollment cycle. The Manager will assume responsibility for evaluating, improving, and implementing processes within the student information systems specifically, and will contribute to the speed, efficacy, and success of the Enrollment Management Office generally.
The Manager will participate in the preparation of targeted and personalized communication plans in support of enrollment initiatives. This position plays a critical role within the Enrollment Management Office – a commitment to collaboration and cooperation is essential.
Serve as a strategic member of the Enrollment Management Team
Manage Blackbaud Enrollment Management System, our admissions student information system ; process and manage all aspects of admissions applications and inquiries to the school, including data entry, status changes, and communications
Responsible for creating and editing all communication materials for applicant families (i.e. inquiry letters, enrollment agreements, etc.)
Create weekly and annual reports summarizing and analyzing enrollment and financial aid data. Develop and analyze assessments to effectively evaluate outreach programs, enrollment initiatives, marketing initiatives, and financing strategies. Provide oversight and documentation for proper data collection procedures; report school statistics
Manage administrative projects including the identification of operational processes, development of a data plan, and a regular reporting and production schedule
Provide data retrieval support to admissions and financial aid officers when necessary, as well as other members of School community; perform the integration of data between various software
Participate and collaborate with the Blackbaud User Group on Baldwin’s campus
Liaise with administrative offices through the School
Maintain the integrity and security of enrollment and financial aid data
Manage all functions associated with targeted and personalized enrollment communication including implementation and management of communication workflows
Serve as primary training resource for Blackbaud Enrollment Management System use by the enrollment office
Assist with enrollment events; including preparation, participation and assessment
Serve as Designated School Official in support of international students
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional setting, educational setting preferred
Proficient in data collection, manipulation, reporting and statistical analysis
Facility with technology and databases, ability to adapt to new technologies
Highly motivated with strong communication and organizational skills; attentive to detail
Collaborative; problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to design and improve systems
Possess the ability to work well with staff, students, and faculty
Requires excellent customer service and strong written communication skills

Availability occasional nights and weekends
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, database reporting software, student information systems, Blackbaud/ preferred, NAIS/DASL database, Crystal Reports, and electronic communication systems
General office and campus environment. Duties require employee to interact with students, parents, faculty, staff, and other internal and external constituencies. Sitting, walking, standing, bending, twisting and occasional lifting required. Computer usage involving repetitive hand/wrist motion necessary.
