The Director of Admission is an integral member of the School’s Administrative Team. The position is responsible for the successful management and evaluation of the school’s recruitment and admissions strategy. The Director leads the Admission team, which includes an Admissions Assistant and two Admissions Associates and reports directly to the Assistant Head of School.
Key duties included:
Develop and cultivate a forward-thinking admission process
Oversee the K-12 admission process and the enrollment of new students
Develop admission criteria to help attract and retain a diverse student pool
Partner with the Director of International Family Services and the Director of International Student Services with coordinating the international admission process
Develop a highly visible and engaging marketing strategy
Guide and oversee the daily operations of the admission staff and office
Qualified candidates should possess following education & experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years in an educational setting, with prior experience working in admissions and managing staff preferred
Detail-oriented, with the capacity to effectively and efficiently manage numerous small and large tasks
Proficiency with Windows and Apple OS, Microsoft Office, cloud computing (Google Docs, etc.), and other productivity and media software
Working knowledge of technology systems, including networks and hardware management
Enjoy working in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
