Position Purpose: The W.I.N.G.S. (Wonder, Inspire, Nurture, Grow, and Strive) Coordinator will create a dynamic, safe, and enriching program after the school day hours.
This is a non-exempt 30 hour per week position with benefits.
A minimum of five years teaching and/education programs experience in a school environment, or similar experience.
Well-rounded knowledge of school programs, teaching, and/or community programs and events.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and facilitative skills.
Facilitate working with children, teachers, and parents.
Strong collegial skills and ability to work well with Leadership Team members, school faculty, and afterschool staff.
Computer skills.(Experience with Google Apps including Gmail, Sheets, Forms, and Documents. Experience with Word, Excel, and Internet.
