The Operations Coordinator role will oversee and perform day-to-day operational functions.
Set-up and break-down of events
Coordinating mail and package distribution
Set-up and cleanup of student snacks and lunch
Assist with any additional space cleaning as needed
Front door security coverage as needed
Organization of storage and office spaces
Monitor consumable stock and procure supplies as needed
Coordinate special project timelines with other departments
Communicate any Facility conditions that require repair/corrective actions
Coordinate with vendors as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Ability to work a flexible work schedule; certain events and functions of this job may require the individual to work additional hours on nights or weekends.
Proficient in Excel, Word
Ability to lift 20-50lbs
NYC Health Certificate in Food Protection (or willing to obtain one)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
