St. Stephen's Episcopal School, a day and boarding school of 697 students (grades 6-12), is seeking a Middle School Spanish Teacher for a full-time position beginning August 2019.
Experience in teaching introductory levels of Spanish to Middle School students is required, as is near-native fluency in the language. An advanced degree in Spanish, while desirable, is not requisite. The school is looking for candidates who are accomplished instructors, are technologically proficient, and who love working closely with energetic Middle School students and a dedicated faculty.
Teaching 4 sections of Middle School Spanish
Serving as an advisor to a group of Middle School students
Proctoring study halls, attending chapel and participating in an assigned-seating lunch program
Working with students outside of class, in athletic, academic or other extracurricular activities
