Title: Associate Director of International Admissions
Position Summary: Work with families, agents, and use other means such as fairs to recruit new students. Involves establishing ongoing relationships with families and agents. Attention to detail is important. Heavy travel is required.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Wasatch Academy’s mission, values, institutional goals and educational philosophy.
Have full responsibility for recruiting new full-pay students throughout the world.
Establish meaningful working relationships with agents to encourage them to recommend Wasatch Academy to their clients.
Develop a recruiting plan.
Attend recruiting fairs.
Have regular communications with families who express interest in Wasatch Academy and visit them as needed.
Work with Wasatch Academy CRM to track all leads and applicants. Send all necessary paperwork. Follow up on all details.
Call inquires from lead sources.
Reports to: This position reports to the Director of Admissions.
Compensation: Compensation includes competitive base salary.

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
