Currey Ingram is currently accepting applications for Executive Assistant to the Head of School/Diagnostic Center Coordinator for the 2019-20 school year. The Executive Assistant to the Head of School provides support to the Currey Ingram Head of School. This can take several forms and is determined by the Head of School according to his or her needs for assistance. The Executive Assistant shall maintain close contact with the Head at all times and be able to successfully communicate to the Head as well as to implement a speedy response to others regarding his or her availability. This role includes providing support and assistance to faculty, staff, Board of Trust and committee members, assisting parents with questions and concerns, and maintaining the Head’s files and other documentation, as needed.
The Diagnostic Center Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support to The Diagnostic Center by assisting current and potential clients, answering calls, scheduling and billing of evaluations, maintaining all computer and paper files, and providing general support for The Diagnostic Center.
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent technology and business communication skills. This position requires a bachelors degree. Candidates with prior administrative assistant experience working in a school or clinical environment is preferred.
