Hebron Academy is seeking a head girls' varsity soccer coach for the 2019-2020 season. The varsity team competes in the MAISAD league and as a member of the New England Prep School league (NEPSAC) as a Class D school. Our strong schedule includes games with the Maine prep schools as well as a number of contests against opponents in the Lakes Region League in New Hampshire.
Focusing on individual development, tactical awareness and enjoyment of the game, Hebron's girls' varsity team has had a successful time over the past decade, including both MAISAD (Maine Prep) league championships and appearances in the NEPSAC Class D tournament.
Qualified candidates must have extensive soccer experience as a player and/or coach. In addition to coaching, the head coach will work with the Office of Admission to actively recruit players, and with the College Counseling Office to assist players with college placement. Additionally, our faculty participate fully in the life of the school -- as teacher, coach, dorm parent, mentor, and advisor. Other responsibilities will be flexibly based on the candidate's experience and professional goals.
Interested applicants should submit resume, cover letter, and three references.
