Hoosac School seeks a highly motivated and self-driven soccer coach with the necessary acumen to train, condition and lead an elite level boys soccer team. Hoosac has assembled an international group of extremely talented student/athletes and will be competing at the highest level of play in NEPSAC and non-league play. The right candidate will be an excellent organizer, completely versed in all aspects of the game and be ready to hit the ground running.
Former experience as a player at a high level is a must and an understanding of modern training philosophies that focus on player safety, growth and development will be a key asset. Hoosac prides itself on being teachers and coaches of the leaders of tomorrow and as such, requires that special attention be paid to character development and good sportsmanship.
A minimum of a bachelors degree is required and willingness to engage all students in the classroom in your field of expertise is a must. Experience in the boarding school world is ideal.
Candidates such as recent college graduates with less experience may also be considered for associate positions.
