The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, an independent K-12 boys’ school, seeks a full-time science teacher to teach up to five sections of middle school science and serve as an academic advisor. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and at least three years of experience teaching science. A masters' degree in a related field is desired as well as knowledge of best practices of instructional technologies and instructional techniques most beneficial to boys. An interest in working with students of diverse backgrounds, an appreciation for the value of a single-sex education, and a willingness to be actively involved in all facets of school life will be highly valued.
