The Saddle River Day School, a pre-K - twelfth grade independent school in Saddle River, NJ, is accepting applications for a science teacher. The successful candidate would teach middle school students in integrated physical science and basic coding and high school students in science electives. The ideal candidate will be familiar with inquiry based lesson design and implementation, experience in project-based learning, is creative, collaborative and has a passion for teaching science.
SRDS teachers have an important voice, which provides valuable input for curriculum design as well as collaboration with their colleagues in grade level and department meetings. Successful teachers will be able to incorporate instructional technology fluidly into their teaching.
