All Saints Episcopal School seeks an innovative educator to serve as Choral Music Director. The candidate should be an accomplished teacher, able to cast a departmental vision for the music programs, leading curricular design and implementation in that area of the performing arts. The candidate should have a background in choral or instrumental music and must have the ability to teach Middle and Upper School choral music. This position will include other fine arts department duties.
The ideal candidate should:
Possess a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in music
Preferred three years of teaching experience, ideally in an independent school environment
A passion for working with students, while demonstrating knowledge of best practices as an innovator
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A mastery of age-appropriate instructional strategies
Enthusiasm for working in an academic environment that ignites passions to impact our world
