General Job Description:
St. Anne’s Episcopal School seeks a dynamic, organized, and caring professional to serve as administrative support to the institutional advancement offices of the school.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a welcoming and friendly presence with donors, prospective students, parents, and colleagues in keeping with the School’s mission.
TheAdministrative Assistant to Directors will:
Manage Donor Database to ensure timely and accurate recording of all gifts
Generate Reports from Bloomerang Database as required
Provide Administrative support for Development Office Initiatives
Provide assistance with Development Events as needed
Manage Calendar for Admissions school visits, assessment/play dates
Manage Admissions Rediker Database
Provide Administrative support for Admissions Office Initiatives

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
