JOB DESCRIPTION: The Admission Associate reports to the Admission Director and Head of School and responsibilities include:
Working with families to ensure all applicant files are complete
Maintaining admission data and creating hard copy files, including Open House attendees.
Sending all facets of admissions communications to appropriate constituents.
Setting up admissions events (including refreshments if requested).
Conducting research and preparing reports
Maintaining community partner contact lists.
Managing evaluation forms
Assisting with updates to admissions sections of the website
Assisting in the preparation of statistics and admission report to the Board of Directors
Managing and maintaining admission materials
Managing the preparation of Open House folders, and fair folders/packets
Representing Sterne School at Bay Area admission fairs as requested, including weekend and evening fairs
Planning and overseeing visitor schedules and hosts.
Conducting assessments of visitors and recommending class placements.
Managing visitors and parents, including teacher notes on applicants
Coordinating with the Head of School on any applicants
Designing materials, video, or presentations for admissions outreach, visits, announcements in conjunction with Communications and Development, as needed
Coordinating and overseeing EdRev
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Admission.
