Waynflete School, an independent day school serving students from diverse backgrounds from pre-school through high school, seeks an Assistant Director of Facilities to support the Director of Facilities in managing day-to-day facilities and maintenance issues; event support; project research, coordination and oversight; database management; calendar scheduling and other administrative tasks. This is a full-time, year round position and requires some work outside of regular hours.
Applicants should have direct maintenance experience in a school or non-profit based setting with supervisory experience preferred. The ability to form collaborative working relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills is critical. In addition, applicants should have strong analytic, organizational, data management and communication skills.
