The Technology Support Specialist will report to the Director of Technology and work closely with all members of the AIM Institute.
CRM platform - provide management and troubleshooting
Zoom and webinar account management
User Administration for Pathways platform*
LTE iPads for demos and remote sales meetings
Liaison to Digital Wave - be able to connect with tech people for any potential problems or be able to decode technical issues and communicate them to the team
Assisting facilitators with presentations on location and connecting ahead of time to ensure connectivity and equipment at various locations
Tier 1 level Support with the intention of bringing more of the helpdesk system in house or setting up a third party help desk system
There was mention of a facilitator help desk that facilitators could contact them when having technical issues
Familiarity with and provide training for Institute specific software - Mail Merge, ScreenFlow, Adobe suite, etc.
Assist in managing presentations and demos, running online calls
Quality Assurance - testing platform on multiple devices, in multiple browsers
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and able to take on new tasks, learn new tech as the Institute changes and grows.
Bachelor's degree or technical degree
Experience with G-suite
