Breck School is a nationally ranked preK-12 college preparatory school located on a beautiful campus less than ten miles west of Minneapolis. Breck School seeks an ambitious and creative leader to serve as its new Director, Alumni Affairs & Giving. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Director, Alumni Affairs & Giving develops and implements programs to keep Breck’s 4,000+ alumni informed about vision and progress, promotes their involvement, and generates increased alumni support for Breck School and its mission.
With a broad and deep focus on alumni outreach and engagement, the Director, Alumni Affairs & Giving will be adept at establishing immediate rapport to build meaningful, long-term relationships within the Breck community. A self-starter and executor, they will bring experience in program development, outreach, and engagement, and proficiency with social networking and communications. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of fundraising and how this role plays into the donor cultivation cycle.
