The Administrative Support staff member:
Reports to and works collaboratively with the Lower School and Middle School Division Heads, the Director of Auxiliary Programs, and the Director of Communication.
Performs clerical work such as filing, preparation of divisional materials and documents, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls.
Assists with writing brief items for divisional newsletters, the school’s website, and social media accounts.
Assists with following and providing strategic insight on metrics for online platforms including Google and social media accounts.

A bachelor degree or in the process of completing an undergraduate degree.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Adept at photography, videotaping, and video editing.
