Ransom Everglades School, a grade 6-12 independent school in Coconut Grove, Florida, serving 1,100 children, is seeking Advancement professionals to join its team as the school enters the public phase of REinventing Excellence, a $75 million comprehensive campaign. An exciting initiative to rebuild and expand the Upper School campus, the campaign will add new teaching facilities, a dining structure, administrative building and green space as well as increase endowments to support scholarships, faculty and programmatic innovations.
These positions call for frontline fundraisers versed in annual giving and/or major gifts, ideally in an educational setting. Three to five years of pertinent experience working with donors and volunteers on a one-to-one basis is critical to success in these roles.
Position responsibilities to include (but not exclusive to):
Work with Annual Giving and Alumni Relations, with a focus on young alumni giving, support and capacity building of class agents, reunion giving, and reunion/alumni events.
Major gift fundraising, to develop parent and alumni annual and capital giving in to the context of the capital campaign. Planned giving experience desirable, but not required.
