Calvert School, an independent lower and middle school, is searching for part-time After School Care Aides for its After School Care program for the 2019-20 school year beginning in September 2019. Calvert’s After School Care program provides care for children ages four to 13.

The school is located in Tuscany-Canterbury, a residential neighborhood in Baltimore City, just north of Johns Hopkins University and south of Loyola University, accessible from Charles Street and I-83.
The Aides will work under the supervision of the Director of Co-Curricular Programs. The hours of work are Monday through Friday from 2:45 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Schedules are created around college schedules and candidates do not have to be available all five days each week.
Qualifications of the ideal candidate include the following:
Must be 19 years or older and have a High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency.
First Aid and CPR certified preferred (will provide training for certification, if needed).
Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and have strong communication skills.
This position pays $11.00/hour and a State of Maryland and FBI background check will be performed.
