Saint Andrew’s School, in Boca Raton, Florida, a nationally recognized independent PreK-12 episcopal school (with an enrollment of 1285 students and a small boarding program), seeks an outstanding enrollment management director to build on and enhance its successful admissions program. Saint Andrew’s is poised to pursue a level of selectivity that rivals the most selective independent schools in Florida, the Southeast and the country.
The successful candidate is expected to have significant experience in independent school or college admissions, financial aid, and enrollment management with a background in market research, innovative recruiting activities, application evaluation, and providing personal and engaged support to prospective students and their families.
The Director of Enrollment Management works closely with the Head of School and is a member of the school’s Senior Administrative Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive and long-range student recruitment and enrollment strategy for the school to draw both day and boarding students for all appropriate grades
Integrate best practice data collection and quantitative analysis into admissions planning, reporting and decision-making about enrollment strategy, resource use, and planning
Provide clear vision, supervisory leadership and management, and strategic direction for the admission team, driven by shared school goals created in conjunction with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team
Work in collaboration with the Business, Communications, and Advancement offices on organizational goals, specifically budget, tuition assistance allocation, communications strategies, enrollment, and retention
Manage enrollment projections, goals, budget, policies, and procedures
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience at either an independent school or college or university
Demonstrated proficiency with data collection and analysis, and its utility in influencing policy and enrollment management strategy
Understanding of international markets
Record of utilizing all community constituencies in the admission process
Record of establishing close working relationships with faculty, staff, students, parents and trustees
Superb oral, writing and public relations skills
Master’s degree or its equivalent in experience
